Have been in computers for over 20 years. Prior to starting Radical Support we helped build a very large ASP Application Hosting operation. We wanted to provide the same value proposition as hosting, but allow clients to keep their servers and their data in-house. That is where the idea for Radical Support was born.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have over 18 engineers on staff. We have a Live end-user helpdesk and we include unlimited technology consulting and guidance to our clients. We are more than just a support provider... We are a technology partner.
